JCB 467 ZX

The 10.8L Cummins QSM11 6-cylinder Stage 3a/Tier 3 engine delivers high power (216kW) and torque (1478Nm) at low revs. This enables the 467 ZX front loader to achieve productivity increases of up to 40% and fuel savings of up to 20%. Computer-aided finite element analysis helps ensure the long life of these wheel loaders. The JCB 467 ZX wheel loader is equipped with a 216kW Cummins engine, ZF fully automatic 4-speed transmission and limited slip differentials as standard for smooth operation and shifting. The ZX boom geometry of these wheel loaders delivers a breakout force of 154 kN at the bucket. Thanks to the Z-shaped link geometry, the 467 ZX features not only huge breakout forces, but also large dump angles.

For precise and efficient control, the JCB 467 ZX wheel loader is equipped with innovative variable flow pumps and a load-sensing valve that uses power only when needed. They provide a hydraulic flow of 395 l/min for maximum performance while running multiple functions simultaneously. The axles of the 467 ZX front loader are equipped with planetary gearboxes with cylindrical roller bearings for minimal power loss and heating. In addition, aerodynamic braking and a low drag coefficient provide maximum power with low fuel consumption.
